We rebuilt every screen in Renter Insight on a single modern design. As you can see in the Property Dashboard screenshot, your key numbers (total units, occupancy rate, rent collected, and outstanding balances) are all front and center, cleaner and faster to read than ever before. The resident summary view, shown in the second screenshot, now surfaces everything that needs attention in one place: balance due, scheduled billing breakdown, renters insurance status, and lease details, without the clutter.

Comparative financial statements: run period-over-period comparisons on your Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement without exporting anything.

Smarter late fees: exclude specific charge types (like utilities) from triggering rent late fees. 

Android and iOS updates is a breeze, a reworked menu, and a global search that now finds check numbers, bills, and expenses.
