• Upload your own leases or other documents for compliant eSignatures from one, or multiple recipients
• Send documents for signing via text and email
• Documents stored in Document Storage and resident detail page

Misc Enhancements

• Print Resident Ledger
• Print button added and Header Info included in Print

• Print button added to communication center to print conversation
• Month to Month (MTM) Renewal: When renewing a MTM lease, you can now enter the lease start date. Note: MTM does not need to be renewed if you don’t have a lease end date
• Announcement Replies: If a resident replies to a text or email announcement, the response will be available in the communications center.
• Portal Invites:
• Invites will now be sent by Email and Text Message
• Invites will be sent to all residents on the lease, not just the primary
• Company Users will now receive invites by Text & Email
