- Properties can now record bills received, track status and pay at a future date.
- Easily track payments for bills, all transactions are recorded in your built-in accounting solution.

- After recording payments on your bills, you can queue checks for check printing.
- Additionally, when you move-out a resident, you can automatically add any deposit returns due to residents to your check printing queue.
