Renter Insight has integrated with NELCO to seamlessly file 1099 NEC & Misc. on Vendors and Property Owners.

The IRS requires 1099 filing on most payments over $600.
For 2025, IRS requires electronic transmission for 10+ filings.

Credit Booster Display Issues- Fixed
In some cases, the months reported were not displayed for subscribers on the resident portal. Rents were reported each month, but they were not displayed properly. This has been fixed.
